And, my Father had to borrow money more than once from Aunt Glady for various things, including my first drumset.
And,him buying a house as well.
The “we are short money again” subject came up semi- regularly….
For what they probably made, and even adjusted for 2024, I’d find it hard to believe that they could have done all that today
