Thomas Ayer, born 9 November 1626, he was at Haverhill, Massachusetts on 1 April 1656 when he married Elizabeth Hutchins. Thomas often served as the constable of Haverhill. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Hutchins of Newbury who gave his house and land to his wife, Frances; his cattle to Elizabeth and her brother William and moved to Haverhill. Thomas Ayer died 9 November 1686.175
