John & Obadiah were slave traders in Rhode Island and Fitch was a Navy captain...James, John & Obadiah were wealthy shipping merchants and were Contributors to the Orginal Rhode Island College which is today BROWN UNIVERSITY...... I still haven't found out who Fitch's Mother was..........
